In 2024, we expanded our services with the launch of Essentially Home, addressing the growing need for accessible housing.
At Essentially You Inc., we take pride in over 15 years of experience delivering services to clients and families impacted by Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVAs). Founded in 2008 our organization has become a trusted partner in the recovery journey of individuals recovering from injuries sustained in MVAs.

With over 30 years of Social Work and Senior Healthcare Management experience, Maxine’s vision has always been rooted in empowering individuals through providing excellent client-centered care. Her educational background includes:
- A Master’s Degree in Social Work
- OBIA/Brock University ABI Level 1 and 2 Certifications
- Experience across the spectrum of healthcare including hospital continuing care, discharge planning, former Community Care Access Centre (CCAC), and long-term care settings
Maxine’s advocacy extends to her work with the Ontario Rehabilitation Alliance (ORA). She is also a member of the Board of Directors with the Ontario Brain Injury Association (OBIA).

We are fully Health Claims for Auto Insurance (HCAI) registered and Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) licensed.
